Peach-Key Records is a limited liability company owned and operated by the members of the band and their families. Related services and functions include booking, management, promotion, publicity, recording, production, sales and distribution.

Peach-Key Records is operated under a policy of reinvestment; it is not otherwise involved with profits, property, rights nor authority.
